Branding

Be the name that comes to mind when it’s time to buy.

You may already have the strategy, or your brand may still be finding its position. We can work from the thinking you've done or help develop it through strategy, naming, messaging, positioning, and rebranding. The aim is a clear point of view the design can express

Trusted by the world's top companies:

 • Launching a business or product that needs a clear position and voice.

 • Outgrowing the way your brand describes or presents itself.

 • Reconsidering your name, messaging, or direction before investing in design.

 • Refreshing an established brand while keeping what people recognize.

You're in the right place if you're:

Find your brand’s voice

Branding services

Brand positioning

Where your brand sits in the buyer's mind relative to the alternatives, giving the creative work a clear position to express.

Brand messaging

Voice, tone, taglines, and the language system: the verbal half of identity, built alongside the visual half.

Brand naming

Name development with trademark searches, URL checks, and the say-it-out-loud test in mind.

Rebranding

The full engagement: auditing the brand's existing equity, deciding what to keep, and rebuilding the rest, strategy through new system. We modernize without losing what people already recognize.

Brand strategy

Audience, positioning, promise, personality: the decisions that everything visual will have to answer to. We write strategy a designer can design from, one page rather than a deck that gets admired and archived.

The presentation brings together logo reveals, animated wireframe shapes and applications in layouts ranging from lower thirds to large displays. Blue, navy and white connect the elements, giving the logo and supporting graphics a recognizable family resemblance.

The development material shows the decisions behind that family: alternative storyboard directions, logo-animation studies and supplied flat graphics compared with animated 3D interpretations. Arches, ribbons, stairs and stacked forms become individual motion elements, shown both on their own and within layouts. Together, they explore how the brand’s geometric language can move across different compositions.

Arch Public Motion Branding

The Rugged Bros needed a brand that could travel from the product in someone’s hand to the storefront where they bought it. Beginning in 2016, Garbanzo helped create and launch the new grooming brand, bringing creative direction, product and package design, photography and commerce work into one coordinated assignment. Ornamental lettering, dark packaging and warm gold tones give the range a shared visual identity.

Product photographs make the brushes, bottles and boxes clear, while lifestyle imagery places them in a different, more personal setting. Shopify and Amazon-related storefront work carries the same identity into the buying experience. The original scope also included sourcing, manufacturing and fulfillment coordination, making this a broader brand-launch project whose visual work can be seen across both physical and digital applications.

An established New York construction company needs an identity that works wherever the business is seen. Seneca approached Garbanzo in 2019 for a brand refresh developed with Carlo Seneca. The work brought a geometric cube emblem, strong typography and a red-and-black palette into a coordinated family of brand applications for the hospitality-focused contractor.

The identity moves from metal business cards and apparel to graphics on a red Kenworth T880 truck. Motion examples extend the cube mark into rotation and unfolding, while desktop and mobile website demonstrations show the brand in a digital setting. These different scales make the project distinctive: the same visual language has to remain recognizable on a small printed piece and a vehicle seen on a New York street.
