Where product animation works
Launch and campaign films
Give the reveal a clear visual idea, from a complete product film to a hero sequence within a larger campaign.
Sales and investor presentations
Help viewers understand a feature or mechanism through purposeful camera moves, component views and animation that follows the product story.
Channel assets
Plan product-page clips, marketplace video, tradeshow loops and social cutdowns around the places your audience will actually see the work.
3D product animation up close
A good product film gives the viewer a reason to keep looking. That might be the way a surface catches light, the fit of an assembly, or a feature revealed from an angle a camera cannot reach. Product visualization gives us room to choose the view and pace deliberately. We develop materials, lighting and movement around what matters in your brief, balancing the appeal of the finished object with the detail someone needs to understand it.
From CAD to finished film
CAD and engineering data give the build a useful starting point. We prepare the geometry for rendering, establish the look in styleframes, then develop the shots through animation and finishing. Your engineers see review renders at set points, with the product details checked against your references. The deliverable list determines which views and versions we plan together. Modeling, length and rendering complexity affect scope; our 3D product animation cost guide explains those variables before you commission a film.

FAQ
Can animation begin while the product design is still changing?
We can start from preliminary CAD, drawings or a prototype. The brief should identify which features are settled and which may change. That lets us develop the visual direction while allowing for model updates as engineering decisions become final.
How do you match the real product's materials?
Photos, samples and finish specifications help establish the surface qualities: reflections, texture, transparency and color. Look development gives you a view of those choices before the final shots are built. The references matter as much as the render settings.
Can an existing product animation be updated for a new model?
Often, an existing scene can support a revised component, colorway or screen. The extent of reuse depends on what changes and which project assets remain available. Include anticipated updates and project-file needs in the initial scope so we can plan for them.
What affects whether a product film can meet our launch date?
The current state of the design, the number of shots and versions, and the availability of engineering feedback all affect the schedule. Share the launch date and review requirements early. We can assess the work against that date before agreeing the production plan.
How should we prepare engineering files for a product film?
Send the available CAD in its original format, plus drawings, material references and notes on the features viewers need to see. We can work with almost any format. Reviewing the files first helps identify geometry that needs preparation or additional modeling.
