GreenPan Spectra
This project began with a technical diagram and grew into a more expressive product sequence. The Cookware Company asked Garbanzo to visualize layered cookware construction: metal layers combining, an etched pattern appearing and coatings forming across the surface. As the scope expanded, camera movement and richer materials gave the explanation more room to work as product imagery.
The process included styleframes, environment studies and separate development of a fully CG egg slide. Reflective metal, close surface detail and the egg’s movement each needed their own visual tests before they could sit together in the sequence. The selected material shows both the technical construction and the cooking imagery, with experiments and unfinished tests presented alongside the more finished work.

Styleframes
The styleframes establish the camera, material treatment and surface detail before animation. They give the client a concrete view of the proposed look and sequence.

Environment Exploration
Kitchen and studio-background studies test how the cookware reads in different settings. The variations explore light, color and contrast around the reflective pan surfaces.

This additional animation example moves from the environment studies into the product sequence. It gives a closer view of the cookware’s surface treatment and movement.

Eggsploration 🍳
These tests follow the egg from unfinished geometry and motion studies toward the rendered cooking sequence. The egg slide is computer-generated imagery, developed as part of the product animation.

Technical Development
The initial idea was a single wide view in which metal layers, etching and coatings appeared in sequence. The expanded scope added camera movement, more developed materials and a longer treatment.
